Justin Bieber wins new award!

Wow so the EMA's aren't even upon us yet and JB is already winning awards! He has been awarded with the MTV Voice award for all his charity work with Pencils of Promise and the Make a Wish Foundation, which are both in his "Believe Charity Drive". This will be presented to him on the 6th in Belfast at the EMA's.
